All professional services are exclusively provided and guaranteed by me in person (as the designer of education, main trainer, coach and consultant, rolled into one).
- Thus I provide services of a project manager within the agreed educational and development project for my clients, and for the respective period of time I become a part of the client's working team.
- I regularly communicate and coordinate the project with a client's authorized person (a manager).
- I provide regular feedback to the client – project results and adequate recommendations.
- I arrange for a part of all record-filing activity for the client related to the educational and development project by which I save client's additional costs of providing administrative support.

- I consider decency, accountability and ethical and fair conduct basic prerequisites of cooperation, good relations and achievement of expected results.
